A master’s dissertation at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University was discussed. The dissertation is entitled (An aerobic program according to the theory of kinetic energy and its effect on a number of anthropometric measurements for obese people aged (35-40) years old, men) by the student Zahraa Karim Kazem and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Akram Hussein Jabr.

The study aimed to achieve one of the goals of sustainable development, which is health, well-being and good education.

The most important conclusions are that the effect of the program prepared by the center on all anthropometric variables under study for the control group was positive, as well as the effect of the program prepared by the center on all physiological variables under study for the control group, except for the muscle component, the weight of the muscle component, relative strength, nutritional metabolism, and efficiency. Relativity also had a positive impact on the experimental group of the training program according to the theory of kinetic energy on all anthropometric variables under study

The letter recommended that it is necessary to use the aerobic program according to the theory of kinetic energy, in which the mass of the individual is one of its most important limbs, in order to prevent the occurrence of injuries and other things. It is also necessary to exercise, which has a major role in maintaining mass and all internal body systems. This discussion achieves for our college one of the goals of sustainable development, which is goal number 17, establishing partnerships with institutions to achieve common goals.
